Casamel's Pizza - Parma

Pizza was great had a really unique pizza sauce had a nice bottom color also only thing we didn’t like was we asked for bbq wings their was zero sauce and there were super overcooked

I ordered from DoorDash for the first time ordering from this store. When I received the order, I was missing a pizza. I contacted the store, wanting to know if they forgot it or if the dasher had taken it. They said they still had the order at the store, and didn’t understand what happened. I asked the gentlemen if I could come to the store and pick it up, and he said yes. I got to the store, and they gave me my order, and also made me a cinnamon bites, and gave me 2-20fl oz sodas. They apologized profusely about forgetting to give the dasher the pizza, as I said that it was okay. The professionalism, and the kindness of these workers were the absolute best. The gentlemen I talked to, was Tony. He definitely deserves some kind of recognition regarding this. I appreciate the kindness that was showed tonight, and I will definitely come here again. -Also the food was amazing. I also got the chicken parm meal, and you get so much for the price. I even have lunch for tomorrow!

Get the pizza and wings.. do NOT EVERRRRR get pasta!

Ask for cheese on my pasta and got it with a note on the the box we don't know how to do that we'll pretty easy put the pasta in the box and put the cheese on it and close it and it will melt pretty disappointing
