Fratello's Pizza - Parma Heights

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy. Today I had I wanted a pizza so I decided to try this place and I will give the crust probably like about a 8.3 very good crust, the pepperoni I will give that about a 7.75, the green pepper I will give that a solid 10 very nicely cut it's not too thick it's very nicely cut and very fresh, the sauce of the pizza I would definitely give that a 7.5,nabe closer to a 8.0, the Italian sausage I like how it's not super jumble big a 9.0 it should have more spices in it like oregano I will be back very nice customer service they have a brand new patio with a big huge water fountain now my mother also had a wedding soup she said she will give a five the reason why not enough broth can all my people you're following me come check me out on my reviews and inside to actually have a restaurant inside Pizza salad they actually got Wings there dinners eggplant dinner I didn't try that I just tried the pizza so I can't give you an honest opinion on the other stuff

Fratello's is our go to place for pizza. We moved into the area three years ago and have tried pizza from many different restaurants. Fratello's is definitely the best. The sauce, cheese, and crust is fantastic. We have also had their subs, Stromboli, appetizers, and salads that were equally delicious. In fact, their Italian sub is the best I have ever had. We vary between take out and delivery and in either case the staff we dealt with have been great. With specific reference to delivery, the food is always promptly delivered and hot. I give Fratello's my highest recommendation.

I'm done with Fratello's. After getting a take out 1 topping pepperoni pizza that was bland and barely mediocre (and which per my receipt I added NO tip), I find on my credit card statement that they added a $3 for themselves after processing the transaction! Good thing I save all my receipts so I can dispute this with my credit card company!

Customer service is outstanding! Very friendly, informative and helpful

This was my first time trying this restaurant.. the pizza is definitely excellent has the right amount of sauce and sausage was excellent. Not stingy with their toppings.. will definitely be going back..
