Dunkin' - Parma Heights

Asked for Pumpkin Spice no cream no sugar. They gave it to me with cream and sugar. The lady at the window took it back then came back to the window and said I personally made this you're all set. I get home and its still loaded with cream and sugar. Why is asking for black coffee so impossible for a freakin coffee and donut place. I even asked her in the line if I could getit black...oh sure no problem. You dont even want to order things out anymore because people are so clueless and simply dontcare. Take some pride in your work for goodness sakes.

You will wait forever. Dunkin is ok. Drinks are good. Donuts are basic. Wait time in the drive through is always ridiculous.

Sadly this dunking has taken a turn for the worst. I am used to the lines being long and service on the slower side because of it. Cold bagels, cold coffee completely regarding asking for extra caramel. This used to be my daily stop but not anyone. Lost acustomer

This dunkin was so great when it first opened, now it's terrible. They need to train their staff on how to better prepare the food. I hope it gets better. Whoever own this store really needs to step up.
