Dining room closed again middle of a Sunday. Forgot the guy in front of me mozzarella sticks and our large drink. If the only focus is on the drive thru window get it together terrible timing and service.

No coffee or hot chocolate on a cold afternoon, eating was just on. berea is my regular load and they do a much better job. Food: 4/5

Dear arbys but at this place check their receipts! these youngs overload them and hope that they will not catch it, then when they catch them and ask them to repair the money, they act as if they did not know how to do it. that happened to me at this place more than once.

The service is not safe. never seen an almost food place that lasts as long as a traditional restaurant to get them eating on the trip. if everything was hot, I could increase the star value, but to get their food warm, and milkshakes half melted, as if they might think the strategy of providing service new. the employees see in their presentation of themselves, i.e. the 1-star atmosphere, in a car.
