An experience that left me very disappointed. It's a shame that such an elegant and renowned pastry shop in Parma has such rude and rude staff at its service. I was loudly mocked by the lady who made me pay at the checkout, just because I chose a cappuccino with soy milk. By teasing we don't mean a joke but a real lecture until I went out the door. Historic pastry shop with traditional pastries and desserts with recipes from the past and for this reason appreciated.
