Il Cortile - PARMA

Dined at Trattoria il cortile with family. Delicious food the prosciutto was super fresh and the other salume were exceptional. The tortelli d’erbetta SENSATIONAL. Excellent wine. We will be back.

We had dinner here, our first night in Parma. My coeliac (and dairy allergic wife had roast squid and a cooked in a bag turbot fillet. I had the parmesan flan antipasto, and (not feeling very hungry after a restaurant lunch the same turbot as my wife. The fish was excellently filleted neither of us found any bones, and very well cooked. L'appetit vient en mangeant, the French say, and when presented with the dessert trolley, my wife found room for a crostate de prugne (plum tart , and I had a silky light pistachio mousse. Delicious! So good in fact that the next day we returned for lunch. I had a pumpkin millefeuille, and a slice of my wife's culatello starter. This we followed up with a chateaubriand, served with a bearnaise (only for me they use butter , and roast potatoes. Again, there was (just! room for pudding pineapple carpaccio for her, and an apple tart into which some amaretti had been inserted before baking. €102 for dinner, €114 for lunch, both including water and coffee as well as a bottle of wine. I would happily have lunch there again tomorrow. I should mention there is also a more modestly priced fixed menu. €15/head IIRC.

We had dinner here on our first evening in Parma. Nice ambiance and decor, accompanied by a well-selected menu making us discovering the great Parma cuisine. Our Tortelloni were delicious and the dry white wine couldn't be better. Everything was fresh and authentic. Staff was friendly and we were offered some complimentary sweets by the Chef. This was a great start to discover Parma cuisine the coming days. Keep up the great work!

Very nice and fresh local. Welcome! excellent also gluten-free chaplains. fantastic meats and the vegetarian proposal of delicious vegetables and cheeses. wine paper is also interesting. We loved it.

From the first meeting we had, he gave us the assurance that nothing would be left to chance. that would be available at any request. It was like that. a perfect organization, fantastic food and guests were surprised at everything. special attention to intolerances with the possibility of custom menus for allergy/intolerance/vegetarians. excellent price quality ratio; in short, a guarantee from all points of view. We can only thank you for the umpteenth time because it was our day thanks to you.
