Caffe Zinelli - PARMA

Excellent pizza. Nice location in a small street. Service staff not excited about a single guest who is sitting on a 4 person table but there were no other choices.

The place looks like a decent caffteteria but they also offer food and we were pleasently surprised as we ate there as if we were going to a proper restaurant. High quality and fresh pasta dishes as well as typical food from Parma region and a great service by their staff. We recommend it :

I love Italy and have great memories with it, but my visit to this restaurant on Tuesday definitely shook my convictions. The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. It was difficult to communicate. I don't speak Italian either. But the way the service is below any level was 5 of us, one order forgot. After two pleas, he was finally brought without apology. We ordered water also not brought, in the end it was done on request. Two waters were counted on the bill. When I pointed this out, I was refunded without comment. Additionally, they wanted to add a coffee that I didn't order. In my opinion, if you are a tourist never visit this vile place. The service is nasty and not mannered.

Wonderful place in the heart of the parish. excellent food quality with super abundant quantity. Fried mushrooms taken as a starter were something amazing not to mention the homemade noodles. god! very kind owner and very prepared. I'll be right back.
