Domino's Pizza - Parksville

I ordered a Brooklyn pizza with extra cheese and extra provolone cheese. However, when I received the pizza, it appeared to have very little cheese. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the manager was not interested in fixing the mistake. They claimed that toppings should go under the meat on a Brooklyn pizza, but this did not explain the lack of cheese. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the pizza. At $27, I feel like I was robbed considering it only costs $3 to make a pizza. This experience will likely be my last with this restaurant.

When I arrived for my online ordering, there was only one person working and quickly greeted me and said one moment while finishing a pizza order. Knew the order was for me and graciously took care of me. Very well done.

I just have to say Rancy that works at the dominos on Norwell drive in Nanaimo , BC goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces.
