The Waitress was polite,friendly and chatty, which I loved. She gave us plenty of time to order and the food was perfect. Thank you, we dont get together very often, so it makes the experience even better when staff and food add to the joy. Gets 1 star because staff were very good. As for the rest... Place was very cold. Food over priced eg £14.80 for a salad food itself was poor quality. Bland beer £6.80 a pint !and not priced on the menu so you did not know how overpriced it was. Garlic bread was rock hard. Fries came loaded with salt. Will not recommend and will never go again.

We visited Thursday 4th January 2024. The place was freezing and all diners sat with coats on. Asked if heating was on and staff said it was hot. I suggested they looked at all the customers with coats on. Nothing done. The food was very overpriced and images in menu certainly didn't match the food images in menu. Sadly not the experience we were expecting. Slow service to start of with, got worse after waiting for our food for over an hour we were told someone 'bumped ' it of the system. Yes we got offered free starters that we didn 't really wanted. Food took another half an hour and to top it off the manager never came over to offer his apologies, had to hunt down a waiter to pay the bill. Will noy be returning. Service: Dine in
