I called to unfortunately complain that my pizza was cold and inedible. The person on the phone who claimed to be the manager 'Adam ' was immediately confrontational and somehow placed the blame somewhere between myself (confusingly and the product supplied to them (making it okay? Absolute poor services! Avoid at all cost. I’m literally in crutches and they told me they will not be able to deliver my food to my flat door because it is “company’s policy”. I explained nicely that I am not able to come downstairs as I’ve hurt my foot and I’m on crutches. Disgusting behaviour and very appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT unless you’re willing to go downstairs and meet them for your food. Service: Delivery Service: 1
