Queen's Tea House - Parkland

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. A real hidden gem in Parkland, something different. Loved everything I tried at high tea. I’ll be back quite often.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and was terrible serving our needs. They were more interested in getting paid than servicing. The puff pastries were cold and Frozen in the middle I will never go back to this place. Very expensive and not worth it.

I went here for my sisters birthday party, as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a very cold woman and nothing was ready. the woman who was helping us was very rude to my mother and some food we had was frozen in the middle still. some water spilled and when i went to ask for help the waitress ignored me. there was no hospitality at all in this place.

Our group recently came in for a luncheon and had the most wonderful time. The staff was extremely accommodating, the venue was a perfect spot for afternoon tea and food was delicious.

Had a bridal shower with 18 people and we had fabulous time. The food, atmosphere and overall experience was beyond my expectation and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend the Queen's Teahouse for your next celebration. You will not be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Have vegetarian and gluten free options.
