Food perfectly cooked. I had Tuesday Rump special and veges nice and hot. Staff exceptional! Best food I've had for ages.

I highly recommend dining at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. We tried the Rump and Ribs special, as well as the Meat Head Parmy, and both dishes were flawless.

I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and a side of fries. My order arrived promptly and I was excited to discover that this restaurant provides mayonnaise as a condiment. Many other establishments don't offer mayo, only tartare or garlic mayo. The fries were actually curly fries, not mentioned on the menu, but I didn't mind as they were delicious, especially with the mayo! The garlic bread had just the right amount of cheese and garlic. I wish I lived closer so I could return more often!

Came here for dinner, as The Railway Hotel Hart Bar was only a ten-minute walk away, from the accommodation we were staying at and it was also recommended. We didn’t make a booking and boy… this place was packed! It didn’t help that it was on Valentine’s Day. Nevertheless, staff were super friendly, very accommodating and an amazing team knowing how to please customers – they didn’t even look frustrated. I can only assume that this place is always busy and it’s quite normal for them? They managed to find us a place to eat, in no time at all, provided us with the menu and explained to us the process of ordering and where to pick up our meals. You order and pay at the bar, in exchange, you will receive a buzzer and then collect your meals in the dining area, where there’s this window of access to your meals. The menu is your typical pub meals but not cheap, like pub meals used to be, it’s your normal restaurant price. But it's forgivable, as our meals were of good quality, tasty and the serving was HUGE!!! I ordered Meat Head Schnitty (generously topped with pepperoni, ham, bacon, melted cheese and BBQ sauce) and my wife had Bacon Ranch Schnitty (generously topped with bacon, melted cheese and ranch sauce). We are pretty big eaters, but we were struggling to finish our meals. With your schnitzels, you get to choose two sides (chips, veggie, salad, coleslaw, mashed potato or fragrant rice). The chips are your typical frozen chips but the thick cut sized ones – very nice. I had the coleslaw – nice, creamy and crunchy. My wife had the salad – perfectly dressed and the salad ingredients, crisp and fresh. I can assure you, we left on a very full tummy. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re big eaters or simply looking for a good feed.

During our first visit for drinks, we couldn't help but notice the large and delicious-looking meals being served. When we returned, we were prepared for the generous portions and high-quality food. While the prices may not be the cheapest, the meals are well worth it. The staff we encountered were all friendly and efficient. The French Martini was a standout. If possible, we recommend ordering downstairs and bringing your meal upstairs to enjoy at the Hart Bar.
