KFC - Parkes

Considering the restaurant has just been refurbished the service was terrible I was unable to get a tax invoice. It was 7.40pm on Saturday night I ordered a Large 3 piece fed there was no potato and gravy nor plain gravy only large drink is Sunkist, the chicken was awful no serviettes supplied. I will never be back to this KFC again

Should have read the reviews before walking into this dump. Looked very dirty and was ignored by at least 4 staff. When I asked if they serve at the counter or if it was a drive through only the blonde girl snapped saying she was busy with an order. Mind you she did not acknowledge me at all in the whole 10min I stood at the counter. Sorry cannot say if the food was **** or not as we went across the road to McDonalds and got served so much quicker and it was clean.

On Sunday at 2 pm, I ordered a family feast with an extra potato and gravy from KFC Parkes. The staff placed the chips on the counter and then began talking about a couple that walked in. One of them played with the chicken for a while before finally continuing to pack my order. By the time I received it, the chips were cold. To make matters worse, my order was missing the coleslaw and only had one small potato and gravy. When I politely asked them to check my order, they looked at each other, grunted, and finally corrected the mistake. I have never had good service from KFC Parkes.

My family of five stopped at this KFC for a quick, unhealthy dinner after a long drive from Brisbane to Parkes. We were shocked to find the restaurant extremely dirty inside. It appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors were greasy with rubbish scattered all over, and the tables and seats were messy and dirty. The service was decent and the food was average, although we noticed that the original chicken was not seasoned as well as usual. This restaurant really needs to prioritize cleanliness.

I waited in line for 10 minutes at the restaurant with no staff at the front counter. A team member refused to serve customers until other orders were filled, while other staff seemed to be unproductive. I had to call the restaurant to remind them to start serving customers as the line was getting long. Even after placing my order, I waited another 10 minutes without receiving any food. I finally asked for a refund and suddenly the food appeared. Orders were ready but no one was distributing them. Overall, the service was very poor.
