The Egg I - Parker

I had a fantastic breakfast at this restaurant. Thankfully, we avoided the waitlist since we arrived on a Friday morning around 10:30. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so I suggest taking a look ahead of time. Parking was easy, which was a nice bonus. I ordered the full plate, and it was a generous portion with everything cooked to perfection. They also serve mimosas, and I couldn't resist trying one. I went for the pineapple juice option, and it was delightful. The service was both friendly and efficient. Overall, I would give this experience a perfect 10/10 and would definitely return!

This charming breakfast and brunch venue features an extensive selection of dishes, including avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, burgers, and sandwiches. There's even a special section for Eggs Benedict on the menu. The portions are quite generous, and there are plenty of healthy options, such as fresh fruits, oatmeal, yogurt, and salads. They also offer non-dairy milk alternatives.

The restaurant is located on Main Street, just west of Parker Road. I visited for breakfast and was very satisfied with our selections. The portion sizes were ample, and the service was attentive. We will definitely come back to try more items from the menu.

Delicious!! If you like Best Beginnings on Lincoln (it closed last year), this is similar. Try the French Toast varieties or a skillet! Great portions. I wish they had lattes and cappuccinos though!

I have always enjoyed this place even when it was other names/ownership. This is our first time here since being Bread and Butters. I have to say, as soon as I walked in I could see that it was very clean. The menus were fresh. The floor clean the tables clean and it was very busy. The hostess was very sweet and so was the waitress. The food was excellent. Coffee hot and flavorful. The avocado toast was exceptionally fresh and tasty and my daughter had the Mediterranean frittata which was also delicious. I give 5 plus stars. I hope it continues! I wish I had taken photos but I didn’t.
