Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

When ordering the pizza over the phone, I said please, no mushrooms. That was on the receipt. When my husband got there to pick it up, they had to remake it because they got it wrong. I would let it go but this isn't the first time it's happened at this location. I agree with some of the other comments concerning apparent lack of care on the part of the employees there.

Good pizza. Never going to be as good as those that cook them for you. But for a bake at home pizza it’s good.

I thought it was already cooked… all pictures on the website are cooked pizza but you pay 20$ for uncooked dough… not worth it

Made an online order for my nearest Papa Murphy 's. Upon arriving, the lone staff member couldn 't find my order. We deduced that I accidently placed the order at a different location. No big deal; I 'll go there. They too didn 't have my order and finally remembered to look at my online confirmation. Yep, original location. Quick call to tell them of my return and have the pizza waiting. Hey stuff happens. Upon re-arriving, the pizza still wasn 't ready and order still not found. Looked like good kids. I 'll give em a break. I showed my confirmation and suggested an upsize for 20 min 's of unnecessary driving. We 're running low on that size. Triggered. Now I 'm holding back my inner Ken. Message to management: Your food is good, but please teach your staff how to turn mistakes into wins.

Great take and bake. Very friendly customer service and good pizza. The girl who helped us I think her name was Maiya was so nice and awesome. She listened and answered all our questions and then made a great pizza for us. We go in weekly now. Highly recommend.
