Noodles And Company - Parker

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this restaurant! I ordered delivery and the delivery driver mistakenly took the wrong order. Thankfully, I was able to contact the restaurant quickly and found out that my food was still there. They offered to refund me and let me place a fresh order, but I decided to just pick it up instead of having them remake it or waste it. It was clear that they felt sincerely sorry for the error, which was not their fault at all. They even gave me some coupons and desserts as a gesture of goodwill. I truly appreciate how well they take care of their customers! I have always had excellent service at this Noodles location.

I have never been disappointed with any order I have placed at this restaurant. The best part is that my food always arrives on time without any waiting. Tonight, Austin and Phoebe provided excellent service - they were professional, polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend this Noodles location to anyone looking for a great meal. Thank you for consistently providing delicious dishes!

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at Noodles in Parker. The service was quick, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was delicious. I have a weakness for their garlic cheese bread. This time, I tried something new - the Penne Rosa Parmesan Chicken Pasta, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order it again.

I went there for the first time in 10 years to get a bowl of buttered noodles and when I got there guess what I was told by Noodles company? They were out of noodles and would be until that saturday. Noodles Company out of noodles yeah I was prettydisappointed won't waste my time with them again

Editing the review since Justin the manager answered the phone after 12 calls. He is making it right. If you want better service, go to the noodles in lone tree or in Parker off Jordan and Lincoln. This location needs some help with customerservice.
