Hurts Donut - Parker

Usually I LOVE this place, but this morning I went to pick up half a dozen donuts and not only was the selection very limited, but the donuts I did get were completely stale. I suspect that they were at least day old donuts but I was still charged the standard $16 for 6. I am fine with this when the donuts are fresh, but not when they are like this. Very disappointed.

I've been passing by here for a while and never had time to stop until today. The donuts looked great and everything we took home seemed really good. But we just didn't feel quite welcomed, from three separate people. Even my kiddo, who is usually oblivious, felt it.We ordered lattes; they took a while and then, they were terrible. Little flavor, a little burned, and literally) lukewarm. With this exciting menu, we expected something fabulous. I know they are a donut, not a coffee shop but perhaps don't offer these options if you can't excel. They had some fabulous flavors of coffee beans at the front counter but none of them were offered for brewed, just a cup. I would have blown over the latte bit if I could have tried one of the flavors as a plain coffee but was not going to risk it. :

Never seem to have GF donuts anymore so I go down for no reason.Sadly means I get to watch family eat the yummy donuts

Have nearby family and was nearby recently. First attempt in the evening. Not a soul around. Place was definitely closed at 8:30pm.Second attempt was a Saturday afternoon Aug 19 . They were open and I did get donuts, but pretty disappointing. Picked up a dozen. Many of the donuts had an off flavor. Not exactly sure how to describe it. Some tasted stale. Others had an almost smoked or burnt flavor (overused oil? . The peanut butter cup was the worst of them, but others had a similar off flavor. Raised donuts were pretty flavorless. Best donut was a cake donut with rainbow sprinkles. It tasted like a decent donut. Plenty of other donut places around with better donuts.Also, the men's bathroom at this place was a mess. Floors were slippery. Looked like the floors were covered in flour or something. Had to take my young daughter in there and she slipped.Won't be going back. Owner of this place needs to step it up.

Their donuts are killer and the staff member was friendly and patient as I took a while to make up my mind. I had wanted a half dozen of a donut that they didn't have available, but the replacement donuts I picked were very tasty. The retro box of a VHS cassette was also a nice touch.
