Starbucks - Park Ridge

I noticed that the young man with medium-length hair is not very competent in his work. I have read all the reviews and decided to stop by. Upon my arrival, the young man, who was wearing a Hollister gray t-shirt as part of his uniform, did not even acknowledge me. The young lady responsible for making drinks was also quite slow. I am happy that I decided to leave as they seem to be inefficient and do not pay attention to their customers. The location of the restaurant is great, but I would advise others to avoid it as the service is not up to standard.

I visited a restaurant where a staff member, who was not in uniform, closed early without notifying me. I did not notice the small sign on the coffee advertising sign, so I stood there waiting while he left. After 5 minutes, he informed me that they were closed, to which I replied that I had not seen any signs. Instead of informing me earlier, he could have simply told me that they were closing. This was not the first time this particular staff member had been rude, but I never felt it was necessary to leave a review before.

I usually enjoy their milkshakes, having tried thousands of them. However, after visiting for the third time today, I was disappointed to find that my milkshake was tasteless. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there's no excuse. I won't be coming back again.

The young male which I believe is the manager never says welcome to starbucks, thanks for visiting or nothing at all, super rude especiallyfor his position. Multiple times he will yell at the girls or argue with them while they are trying to complete orders and it slows down the service. Everyone else besides the white girl with a small neck tattoo is the same way. Seriously is it that hard to get a your welcome when I say thanks 3 times during a transaction? Honestly terrible service at this location.

Girls were awesome so nice! Didn’t like my drink and they made me a different one for free.
