Boston Market - Park Ridge

It wasn't open on time. Had to wait. Wasn't greeted when I came in.

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!! I believe her name was Alyssa, she was just darling, super helpful and an amazing worker! Whatever they are paying her is not enough for how much positive energy she brings into there!

I was ordering New Year's dinner for 10 nuns and each of us could choose our own combination. Dinner wasn't family style. Justine and the other young woman did a fantastic job of presenting the food in a neat and professional manner. I ordered at 1 PM for a 4 PM pick up. Everything was arranged in a large box so nothing would get spilled or knocked on its side. Easy to carry from the car to our table. And...... everyone got exactly what she ordered. Kudos to the Park Ridge Boston Market!!!

Great Customer Service Clean Atmosphere Decent Food

I was very disappointed with my service. The girl at the register was friendly. The two women in the back we talking rudely. It look like they were upset because I asked them to cut my meatloaf, all the sides looked completely dry. I won’t never be coming here again disappointment with food and the service. The cashiers was nice, but the other two ladies were not. Don’t work in Customer Service if you can’t even say hello to a customer horrible service at this location the food sucked. The l … – show
