When I was younger, I had a cabin by Lower Springstead Lake, and recently, my family and I found ourselves in the area, even without a boat. I really wanted to share a cherished part of my childhood with my kids. Since the cabin isn’t visible from the road, I reached out to Springstead Lake Lodge to see if they rented boats to help us get across the lake. Craig was incredibly eager to assist us! He generously let us borrow his boat for a leisurely cruise around the lake. His kindness and friendliness were truly refreshing and a welcome change from what I usually experience back home. The food was also delicious, and my kids had a fantastic time playing in the water! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place to visit! It boasts a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

Make sure to visit before they close! The Lake Superior Whitefish is outstanding! The view is breathtaking, and the service is excellent.
