Sonic Drive-in - Park City

You can never get an order here. There electronic order cards are always broken. Website is always down. Drive thru is a joke.

Ordered the hamburgers and French fries and onion rings. We always love the Sonic Root Boats in Park City. Best location in the area.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. Even after ordering online, I did not receive the correct item because my name was different. I pronounced and wrote my name twice, but they still questioned if I had ordered from the right place. When I expressed my frustration, I was told not to be rude. I will never return to this Sonic location with its road construction and rude staff. I would rather go to Valley.

Typically, I order the Double Cheeseburger meal with the option of fries or onion rings. It's a satisfying meal to satisfy my hunger cravings.

I went to this sonic because Google says it's open until 12 am. Then the guy was super rude saying they close at 10pm. Update as of 5/31/22 The staff they have in there is much better. The carhop, Hailey I think here name was, was very friendly and professional. The cook at the time made my order exactly as I asked.
