Sushi Boubou - Paris 9e Arrondissement

A fantastic Japanese restaurant hidden away in the residential area near Cadet metro station. The staff were very polite and respectful, and the sushi master can be seen preparing the fish inside the restaurant's seating area.I ordered a Bento box (B4) and this was €17.90 and a 33cl bottle of Asahi for €3.10. The price is a little high but the quality is outstanding. The fish was very fresh and the beer was very cold. Perfect. This place seems very popular for takeaway as there were many regulars arriving to collect pre-ordered food. I have given this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 as the miso soup was luke warm and the gyoza cold.

I had sushi to go, the price was a bit high but worth the quality. You can watch them being prepared which is nice. Globally i'd recomand it if you were to crave for sushi in this neighborhood.

From the outside it looks like any Japanese catererer. But once inside, the warm welcome and the quality of the dishes served are strongly denoted with everything you can find in betting. It's for me one of the best Japanese betting kittens in his class.
