From what I understood, Daimant is responsible for the development of the menu and preparation of the dishes; but Drink Co is responsible for the rest (service, drinks, etc.). We went for lunch and we had (1 of the roasted asparagus accompanied by a potato/water cream and very thin frits; and (2 the filled zucchinis, which came with a plumomate sauce. As desserts we had the two options offered: a hazelnut pancake and a chocolate goose. The food was great, we enjoyed both dishes very much; and we found them unlike other vegan foods that you can get in Paris, which is a plus. As regards desserts, they were relatively simple (see the pictures; but still they were tasty. Know that they offer cow's milk for hot drinks; so make sure you want a plant-based milk when ordering. This is regrettable because the whole menu is vegan; but hopefully they will change their thoughts soon.
Staying nearby, this was a great place to pop into for late night tapas and a drink. The food menu is vegan, and we had a tapas trio potatoes with a mustard dip, broccoli guacamole and tartines forestiere (mushrooms on bread with a nut based and parsley sauce). Food was fine, but we were surprised and disappointed to learn that their wine is not vegan friendly. This seems like a big miss, and hope they revisit there drinks menu. Service was incredibly friendly!
Really enjoyed my visit to Drinks and Co! It doesn’t advertise itself as vegan but our server told me there’s no meat or animal products on the menu. We ordered the trio of tapas, which was guacamole made with broccoli instead of avocado (very fresh and zingy , oyster and shiitake mushroom toast and crushed potatoes. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They had great knowledge of the menu and recommended a delicious cocktail to us, which was a sweeter and smoother Aperol Spritz (I forget the name! The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, we sat in the outside area with heaters. Overall loved dining here and would recommend it to vegans visiting Paris!
Delicious but expensive vegan food. The menu is in French and not clearly marked, but when I went, I was told the menu is 100% vegan. It looks like the menu is changing quite regularly to check. I had the Aubergine Burger (two Miniburgers) who were delicious but rather small. Beverages are not all vegan, so go with the spirits / drinks you know are vegan. You can order any drink, not just those on your cocktail menu. Updated by previous rating on 2022-07-29
Very original cocktail menu, it is worthwhile here for drinks alone. I came in the evening when they only serve tapas, of which several are vegan. We had the broccoli guacamole, hummus and potato wedges that were nice, although expensive for what I think it is. Unfortunately, the more filling (arancini and something I don't remember) had expired, but we had come quite late. No vegan desserts, but the non-vegans with which I said the chocolate goose and apricots/meringue dessert were great.
