Kfc - Paris

The chicken and sides were all fresh. The staff was polite and efficient. I ordered mac and cheese but received coleslaw as my side instead.

I went in for takeout, but it seemed like they were more focused on the drive-thru than the customers inside. I waited and waited, and even though there was only one person in front of me, no one took my order. Eventually, I just walked out. The customer service was disappointing.

The staff taking orders can be quite rude, and unfortunately, the manager, Bradley, isn't much better when it comes to customer service. The general manager is also pretty unfriendly. On the bright side, the food is decent. Just be sure to ask for a receipt, as they don't provide them at the drive-thru because they're worried someone might fill out a negative survey on the back.

We got the chicken tenders meal with seasoned fries, a biscuit, and drink for $6.99. It had good size tenders and was delicious.

If I could give zero stars I would! I will NEVER give another dollar to this store. The employees closing 04/10/22 can be thanked for that. I'll save my story for any member of management that would like to contact me. McDonald's down the streethappily took my business.
