I. can not be sure that the recipe, but it was with early swash, olive oil, subtle, but the taste was very clear and complemented very well with the fresh of the bark. the meat was chopped fine enough so it is easy to chew and even can run as delicate. Options to add salt and pepper were available, but it really needed nothing of it. the court as it arrived at the table was perfect in every sight. we also ordered the grilled sea bass, the plate du jour, which came as whole fish plus ratatouille. the fish was very well grilled. the skin tasty and crisp, but not carburized, and the meat soft and tasteful. we ate everything and only let fish bones on the plate. we will definitely come back when we return to paris!
The experience was fantastic from the first sights. the place was authentic and the personal treated us with incredible ease. both eating and crying were really good and we connected to the restaurant owners.
My visit to paris. such friendly hospitality from the owner manager and excellent fresh French cuisine that she actually fills up. the deserts are made in the house and shall die. I always come back (he discovered this place because of the generous and warm hospitality. the prices are also very reasonable.
The man who welcomed us made a point to make sure we had a good time and we did. the food was good and the service was excellent. the atmosphere was cheerful and pleasant.
OK here goes. I visit Paris numerous times per year and since discovering this hidden gem plus years ago (as I was staying not far on Rue Daguerre), I have been coming back except this past Aug as it was closed (as most of...Paris is away on holiday). Excellent fresh cuisine, lovely and lively ambience and friendly service. I especially love their pates and desserts (mnam). Red wine is brilliant there. I cannot highly recommend this spot and I will be coming back on every single visit to Paris.
