The served kitchen is that of Northeast China, precisely from the Dalian region, as indicated by the name of the restaurant. The kitchen is therefore raised and tasteful, without being too hot. The ravioli are home, the pasta too. Exquisite crispy pork, jumped eggplants, pork tripes, frankly everything was very good. The boss is simply adorable. A restaurant that clearly stands out from these countless Chinese restaurants in Paris that serve impersonal and standardized cuisine without interest.
It was a treat as always, whether for entries, dishes or desserts. Don't hesitate to ask the boss for advice, to discover the specialties of his region. Incredible flavors. I recommend.
The restaurant bears its name well that without pretention, it is a real little pearl. The restaurant offers quality dishes with excellent value for money. The dishes are simple, good and well executed definitely better than most restaurants of this type of neighborhood). But it's mostly for the service that I'd hold a warm welcome as we don't do anymore. A nice surprise!
The boss, trilingual, Chinese, English French, has guided us of the soup, which is served in traditional bowl and which is already a real meal alone, to the pork in doughnuts with caramel sauce; dessert was a homemade moon cake For amateurs, the meal is accompanied by a Tsingtao bierre; otherwise it is offered different teas of course
Excellent ravioli, typical dishes of the chef's China region. We have enjoyed ourselves, as always, with crispy pork and cumin lamb.
