Where did you eat tofu? It is in Nova Scotia, San Fransisco, Seoul, London or Kyoto. This reviewer was addressed to Kyoto tofu. Taste, texture, color, constituency this is almost like diamond grading. Best tofu serves a variety of Chinese style tofu...Products. They're all good. If you are looking for Kyoto, then stay away, If you go to breakfast, then a you are great tiao with a soybean rice.
You were in Paris for a while and you miss authentic Chinese breakfast? Don't look after it, that's the place for you. Yeah, it's small, yeah, it's full. No, you should not expect to have a place especially during lunchtime. But...... you can take juicy meat baozi (name roubao) and a tofu pudding (douhua), either sweet (with syrup) or hearty for only 2 euros. And they are both very tasty and authentic. You will not get chewing unfresh baozi and watery inconsistent douhua. What else do you want? You also have amazing soy milk and youtiao (the long donuts in your soy milk to drink). I would say the only thing I didn't like was her sesame donut, it was so oily and literally had no sesame on it, plus it was filled with very small red bean paste. Only disappointment of the day. I was looking for my Chinese fix, so I'm sorry, I could only do the picture of Douhua. The rest was swallowed well before I remembered taking photos.
You've been in Paris for a while and you miss authentic Chinese breakfast? Look no longer for it, this is the place for you. Yes it's small, yes it's crowded. No you should not expect to have a seat especially during lunch time. But......you can take away juicy tasty meat baozi (named roubao) and a tofu pudding (douhua), either sweet (with syrup) or savoury for only 2 euros. And they are both very tasty and authentic. You won't get a chewy unfresh baozi and watery inconsistent douhua. What else would you want? They also have amazing soya milk and youtiao (the long donuts to dunk in your soya milk). I would say, the only thing I did not like was their sesame donut, it was so oily and had literally no sesame on it, plus it was filled with very little red bean paste. Only disappointment of the day. I was looking for my Chinese fix at that time, so, sorry, I only managed to take the picture of the douhua. All the rest was swallowed well before i remembered to take pictures.
