Pizza Hut - Paris

Ordered online and picked up on time. as far as pizza is concerned, nothing special to expect. the transaction was pretty smooth and the service was fast. this pizza-hut restaurant is well located and opens up to very late, which is quite practical.

I am re-writing this post because the last one forgot the most important detail! Normally I would not take the time to post a review for Pizza Hut, but this experience needs to be shared. The evening of AUGUST, please note we are OCTOBER, I ordered a pizza online at for a delivery of Long story short, the pizza NEVER arrived ever. Of course I called, I was reassured that it had already left etc. minutes later I called back because it never did arrive, but they stopped answering the phone all together. The next morning I called and spoke with the manager, he apologized but said I had to speak with the evening manager. OK, I call later that day to speak to him, and he is equally useless and says I have to send complaint to their customer service. I did so immediately following our call on the After or more emails to customer service I have not heard from them or of course been reimbursed. It was only a order, but I am old school and believe you should get your mediocre pizza if you order pay for it. Pizza Hut thinks differently it seems. They have now decided to sometimes make pizzas and to also steal from clients. So I have given up thinking I will get my money back, a live and learn moment. Apparently they need money so badly that they have total disregard to decency.

Pizza huts are usually a bit bland. but this was on the road from the hotel and the night approached. the coworkers spoke English, were exceptionally helpful, and the pizza tasted pretty good!

An endless wait to eat a really low-end pizza. most of the time too cooked and without any flavor. On the other hand, the staff is friendly.

We ended up at this Pizza Hut Outlet during the rush hours and we expected the employees to work faster on our order. We were running late for the trip to the Eiffel Tower for which we had already bought tickets. I must appreciate & thank the lady at the counter as well as the cook. They understood our plight & got 10 pizzas ready in 15 minutes, which is like really quick. Over and above, the medium pizzas were like large ones and costed only 7.5 Euros. Thumbs Up!
