Another look at the kebab, away from the traditional clichés of this beloved sandwitch of all. quality speaks of itself. Don't hope to find Algerian or samurai sauce there as my colleague, too accustomed to the kebabs of St-Denis, learned at his expense. at ozlem it is the quality above all, we return to the original flavors with fresh meat and vegetables. we're here to find out, and we're back in there to redo
