Indeed, the promise is kept: better than the best flan in Paris. A crust that holds together, a perfectly measured vanilla. Very nice discovery of the day. A multitude of choices whether savory or sweet. You have nice portions for a very reasonable price. Best place to stop for lunch when you don't have much time and eat a meal worthy of the name. I will come back to taste everything.
