Le Petit Chateau D'eau - Paris

I love this place, I have dinner twice in a few months, in and on the terrace, 6 and 2 years, and I'll be back. the map is short and simple, but everything is done with taste I tested the black, crunchy and aïoli vegetables and tatinated pie during my last passage. the place is beautiful, intimate and warm. and finally the welcome of the boss is really of a rather rare kindness to underline. next time foreign friends ask me for a small French bistro address, it will be this one!

A regular with a mini gourmet always leaving to test new dishes at the small water castle. Tonight, it is a cheeseburger that meets its expectations starting with a perfect simmering cooking (respect for rare cooking) and a fine apple pie with its ice ball. a pure pleasure to see her child enjoy the good cuisine! and to do nothing please, a welcome and service always with a smile and a reasonable addition to the quality! What more?
