The ribs of beef are delicious, cooked to perfection with wood fire a feast. After, the quality is paid and a meat arrived in the morning directly from the butcher is a luxury that at a price!the boss is very friendly, of good advice and extremely professional! (open exceptionally a Saturday noon just to honor a reservation. I know little restaurateur ready to do this) we will go back there without any hesitation, would it be to taste the cooking with incandescent proc fat !!!! I leave here a comment a little late after my visit but wanted to share my good memories. visited on May 21, 2016 for a table of 5 people at dinner. From the entrance of the restaurant, the smells of good grilled wood fire put on appetite for the good meat lovers I am. a fairly wide selection of meat breeds in agreement with the menu on the site, in addition to that, pieces written on the slate that I think must certainly be received in smaller quantity so first arrived, first served. Lack of luck for us, there was memory a more refined beef rib that made me want but more available.
