Le Bookie - Paris

My wife and I were really tired after a 9 hour train journey from the far west of the UK to Paris. But our spirits were lifted by the welcoming smile of the lovely lady who greeted us into Le Bookie. And our experience just kept getting better. Great pizza and salad, lovely wine, all at reasonable prices. Each table was taken, yet the two staff spent time with all diners having a chat as well as taking orders and serving food. Both were so calm yet everyone was served promptly with no hint of rushing. Wow, so that is how people who really love their job and care about their customers do it !!! And finally in the background was, for us, a perfect choice of music a mix of jazz, funk, blues, light rock and balads. A truly lovely evening.. Thank you.

We found this cosy restaurant while browsing on Tripadvisor. We ordered the 'mixte planche ', a trufle pizza and the pizza with speck. Everything was super tastefull and the staff was really friendly! Would definitely come back!

The menu had a vegan pizza that was not vegan. The cheese was not dairy-free and they had to remove it. Was very disappointed.

Where good pizzas and one of the best Tiramisu’s I have tried. Little and cozy restaurant. Highly recommed. All were satisfied.

Great food! The best vegetarian pizza ever! If you are vegetarian, order the pizza called 'Vegan' (don't be confused, it's not actually vegan.
