What to say about Blavet is that it is an absolutely must-have address of the 15th, but even Paris! A careful and warm kitchen that kills the gastronomic for an excellent value. The bosses serve you with courtesy and efficiency. In addition to the two affordable menus, the slate offers you some other choices, even if during our visits I choose invariably the same menu and the same dishes so they are tasteful and impeccable... The coconut eggs, sublime, the sweet sour magret and its Dauphinois gratin, to which we can add the sole meunière, simple but oh how delicious! A wine of the month is also available and interesting. Although retirement in the Vosges no longer allows us to be assiduous, Blavet remains one of our favorite restaurants!
