Przekaż informację zwrotną... it was a sizzling 30’c summer hot day, and the dinner menu selection was a wonderful unexpected remedy for the heat. our escaped were of raw fish with “some creamy French sauce” (lol) and a tomato-based sorbet-like cold plate. my main was a raw salmon steak, which was served on the perfect thick as a steak tartar with a bean. pavlowa for dessert! the manager frederick who lived with us was lovely; and could be pretty naughty in a beautiful way:D
That was probably the best food and service we had in paris! frederic is fabulous and always entertaining. that eat is sublime. definitiw a must in the marais!
A warm place, funny, we are always greeted with great pumps! dishes are extra, tastefully and aesthetically. midi menus are really at an unbeatable price for quality! go eyes closed.
Make a reservation a few days in advance (it’s Paris, come on), ignore the dramatic reviews about quality and price (not true just ask about daily specials), and enjoy. Make sure you check the wine pairing carefully as the fish dishes are not what we expected but very good (e.g. better with light red vs white).
One noon, in the marsh, for lunch, I'm advised of this restaurant. we are welcomed by a smiling server that installs us quickly. we had come for the lunch formula and we find that there is no choice. It's a dish of the day. So we'll taste it. Basquaise chicken with rice. well cooked, good, nicely presented. nothing to say otherwise the lack of choice. service is efficient and valves are fused between staff. a clientele, a nice atmosphere. overall well. We'll go back there to make an idea about the meats we've offered to dine. a follow.
