Overall we were not disappointed. the food served there is a tasteful, original and for the quantities they are copyy. the small flats to be corrected concern the service: not attentive. And that's understandable.The room staff is too busy handling the orders to take away. We arrived around 7:00 p.m. (then at the beginning of the service) and in just 10 minutes we noticed the rows of bags to carry that piled up at the counter, the calls/logs sounded every 2 mins, the deliveryers were instilling and the more we went forward in the evening the more room service was completely erased to the benefit of the order service to take away. we specified that we preferred to take the crispy cheese and crispy tuna as an entrance, or the dishes were served before. our drinks weren't on the table when the dishes were served. Finally, it was only when we asked the staff about our entries that we were brought. I don't believe in a forgetfulness during the command because I was able to see that they had actually been hit on our waitress' tablet.Many time elapsed before we got rid of it. When the waitress was finally able to give us a moment, we let her know that we'll take desserts, she said we agreed and then very quickly worked to take care of the orders to take away behind the counter by leaving us to suspend almost a quarter of an hour. We had to get up to the counter to send him the order of our desserts. She confessed to us honestly for forgetting us. for what I don't blame her. the conditions are not met to perform a careful and quality service. Once the desserts were served we were not packed, I would say that they were not at the height of the dishes that they are widely above in terms of flavor, work and presentation! Finally, he was one of the bookers who watched us bring the bill and kindly offered to cash us to help his colleagues. We found the good will of the staff... but we can't be in the mill and in the oven. This institution would gain more by implementing means that would guarantee a more attentive service.

Very good concept combining Peruvian cuisine full of spices to that refined and delicate Japanese! a great opportunity to discover a surprising but very good concept if you want to eat sushi but with a little more!

The suhsi were of poor quality. Almost-absent fish, almost-perfect cooked tuna (colour and taste), falsely innovative (it's not because we add raw carrots and coriander accompanied by a very sweet sauce that's new and that's good.) Intensive use of sugar to use full human natural love for sugar and mask the bad quality of rice and fish.

A good address close to catacombs. We could have eaten outside. the restaurant is small and offers two tables on the street. little disappointment on miso soup a little too diluted and missing a little flavor. The cabbage salad was not very seasoned, but I had the pleasure of discovering an original quinoa salad. On the plateau side, they are copied and also offer original flavors. a small flat on the rice cooking. Some pieces were a little crunchy. otherwise, prices are affordable. a good address that is quickly used for presses.
