Betting again after about a year and I was looking forward to returning there - excellent cuisine, atmosphere and service. I strongly recommend the charcuterie, the stuffed cabbage (although better than it seems!) and the dessert you expect 20 minutes. It's worth waiting.
We stayed near the pantheon and looked for beautiful places. We made a reservation. the service was pleasant, given a single server. The food was beautiful. cabbage and duck were perfectly prepared, excellent wine choices. the desserts were deliciously good. 5 stars.

We've been keeping a song for our last night at a bet. we had already visited the restaurant, when the time was comfortable enough so that we could sit outside, in the comfortable patio lined with apartment buildings. this experience brought us back. the song card, like its owner, comes from the centre-south of France and its chef has been in the furnaces for more than 20 years. simon, the cat, is as visible as the owner, who works to take the orders of the customers, serves food and sometimes sing birds from his seat at the checkout counter. I started with the special pumpkin soup. It was wonderful, creamy and tasty. for my main dish, I still had the special, which was a rabbit stew with plums. It was also great. my wife started with the pey lenses, which were not as good as in our last visit. this time they were covered with what seemed to be prosciutto shavings. his main dish was a net with a blue cheese sauce but the meat came to the blue table and our server took it back with pleasure. he returned well done and very tasty; A good piece of meat. For dessert, I had a big piece of apple pie and I was almost too full to finish it. Chantairelle serves the kind of traditional dishes that can be found in auvergne. The atmosphere is relaxed, but no t-shirt and neglected jeans, and its proximity to the university makes it a meeting place for teachers and staff.
