It finally turned out that I had been far from bitter for too long and that I wanted meat chopped between two soft breads and a special sauce.

We were in the area looking for lunch and happened to walk by this place - liked the look of the menu and the interior. Service was super friendly, food excellent - I had swordfish carpaccio to start and duo de dorade and thon for mains. Quite substantial portions and flavours just wholesome and simple which is what italian good should be. Great white wine recommendation too.We will return!

If you are fed up with all the usual Italian restaurant menus, then this is the place for you. The food is distinctly authentic italian cooking, offering a range of interesting and unusual entrees, pastas and main courses. We came across this restaurant completely by accident as it has only recently opened. We were not disappointed. We shared a delicious and unusual antipasti starter, then each of us chose a wonderful main - by chance we all happened to select a vegetarian option from the menu. There are also some seafood and meat options. The ingredients were fresh, of a high quality and cooked to perfection. The bill was very reasonable too. All in all a great evening.
