The best kare-kare.. Open-face lumpia, the flavored rice (binagoongan rice) and the lechon sisig! At ang makasalanang chicharong bulaklak, more suka pleasssseee.. Super clean ambiance. I miss them all

Inanang loves deconstructing food which makes their menu a plethora of incredly unique cuisine, almost verging on eccentricity. I most especially loved their Open Face Lumpia and their Belly Roll Sinigang. The former was a unique twist for the traditional Lumpiang Gulay by giving it crunchy textures and a rather complex peanut sauce drizzled all over the vegetables while the latter was a unique concotion of both familiar and unique ingredients that give the deconstructed crispy Sinigang a dynamic sour flavor. Inanang can be a challenge at first if you expect an orthodox experience. However, if you love exploring a freshly unique menu, I assure you that you'll be able to have an innovative experience at Inanang. A perfect 5 for me.

Open face lumpia unique but it was just good. However, their Lechon sisig is the best! What I always look for in this resto

One of my go to comfort Filipino food in BF. Servings are plenty, good for 3 to 4 people and not so pricey. Sigarilyas are a must order Manam levels for me, also the Kawali Binagoongan. I'd pass on the Sotanghon Guisado though and try the other pancit options. EDIT: Just ate here again and omg their open faced lumpia is a must!
