Sticky's Finger Joint - Paramus

I can't tell this is a common hangout spot for teens and college students which isn't necessarily a bad thing but a place run by the same ones who frequent their usually means the store is run poorly. The store overall is clean but there are long wait times for food and waiting for pickup orders is extremely long. Even on slow days. My advice is to have more mgt. On staff especially during the busy holiday season to manage the chaos. Otherwise it just because a college dorm with fried chicken.

Stopped by for a quick bite mid shopping. The drink was really good. Ordered the 16 poppers with fries. The meat was tender and juicy. The seasoning was severely uneven. I got one overly seasoned popper and the rest with barley-no seasoning. The fries were good. Crispy and hot. This meal came with three sauces. I chose sassy bbq it spilled but it was pretty good) , mac sauce , which is kinda like a jalapeño cheese sauce, and vampire aioli, it was a little bland. Overall, not bad, but not great.

Food good but the employees don’t listen. And when asking them to correct their mistake just brushed us off by saying the manager wasn’t here. They over charged and just pointed out the guy just stated well I can’t refund you can I have no manager right now and like sent me on my way no sign of him acknowledging that it was his mistake. Just walked away to eat the food but was left with bad customer service on his part

Easy pick up fast service. I love trying all their sauces. I like getting the Cajun fries and the chicken poppers or the mushroom poppers. Ordering online is also very easy.

Garlic parm popper so yummy! Drink watermelon lemon lime as a add on Fries were so crispy and you don?t need ketchup and I love ketchup
