My server, Evelyn, was exceptionally polite, professional, and well-informed about the menu. She answered every question I had without hesitation. Throughout my meal, the ambiance remained delightful, with soft island music playing in the background. The decor contributed to a calming mood in the restaurant. I ordered the cheeseburger as my main dish and paired it with the ultimate pineapple for my drink. The burger was cooked nearly to perfection, and the drink complemented it beautifully. Halfway through my meal, a manager named Octavia stopped by my table just to check in and see if everything was satisfactory. Her gracious demeanor and smile were appreciated. Evelyn was very attentive during my visit, ensuring that I had everything I needed. When we tried to order drinks, the waiter informed us about their happy hour, mentioning that mojitos were $5.00. However, when the bill came, we were charged $9.99. When we expressed our concern, they apologized for the “confusion” but insisted we pay the higher price. As for the food, we ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce and shrimp, but when we requested Parmesan cheese, they told us they didn’t have any. For our appetizer, we tried shrimp with coconut, which turned out to be swimming in oil. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I definitely do not recommend this place. It was a disappointing visit, particularly due to the service. When I entered, I noticed the restaurant was empty, and I wondered whether the food or service was going to be bad. Clearly, it was the service that was lacking. If you're considering dining here, I'd suggest going to Olive Garden next door instead—you'll likely have a much better experience.
