Domino's Pizza - Paramount

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently fresh and tasty. The staff are quick and efficient, and the delivery service is typically faster than other places. I am a regular customer and will continue to order my pizza from here whenever I have a craving.

I ordered my favorite pizza and decided to try the loaded tater tots at a restaurant called 715. The estimated arrival time was 7:40pm, but as time went by, I became concerned. After waiting for a while, I called the Domino's phone number and after waiting 6 minutes for someone to answer, I was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called again and finally got through to someone. I explained the situation and was told that they were waiting on my tater tots. However, when my pizza and tots finally arrived over an hour later, they were cold. The delivery person blamed it on management. I was disappointed, frustrated, and hungry. I had spent over $60 on my order only for it to be late and cold. This was unacceptable. On a positive note, they did have a good selection of vegetarian options with all my favorite veggies available.

This is the best pizza place! The service is excellent and it is very convenient. I appreciate all the hard work I see the staff putting in, even during late hours. Keep up the good work!

Manager Tatiana, and Delivery Driver Maria, worst Customer Service Representatives in Town. The Manager is Rude, and Impatient, the Delivery Driver, Lied and Refused to Deliver the Order on time. Beware of this Location and Manager.
