Taco Bell - Paragould

I like Taco bell. They do good burritos, tacos and other things. My 17-year-old daughter likes her food from here. My favorite piece was her taco salad they hired. I hope it's a comeback. But we often enjoy this place.

Made an order and paid through the app. Whole by car thru gave my name and they told me I had a $3,89 ballance... After about 5 minutes they could work it out. The staff was friendly for most part and restaurant looked clean from the outside. 3 stars because we have another order. After 30 minutes inline I didn't go back through the line to pick up the right one. Things happen, so it is what it is and they have offered to make it at a later time after the call to tell them. I will update my review if I return for the replacement order.

The night of our visit was a bad experience, after we waited for almost 30 minutes for our food, it is one that makes us the debate about coming back or not. There were not only us, there were other customers who had to wait, and some who remained upset and canceled their orders. The shift manager said they had a big order coming through the drive and they were shorthanded, why not call in more help or help one of the managers?

The food was really good, the lady in the window was super nice! But wait... It took 35 minutes to get our order through the ride thru, there were only 2 cars before us! Do not recommend if you are looking for “fast” foods.

I give two stars only because of Bill/Eric and the only other employee which I don't know his name. As far as I was aware there were only two employees working tonight. Eric kept an amazing attitude even though the drive through was completely packed to the road nonestop. The food we did receive was great, I just wish we would have received our complete order which was placed online before we got there. I'm not placing blame on them though because there should be at least two more employees working. I can say this taco bell has gone downhill in the past two years. Each time we have went there regardless of the number of employees working our order has not been completed correctly. We were missing a couple of the high dollar items tonight including a 5 layer beef burrito and Chipotle cheddar chelupa, we received a beef chipotle ranch burrito instead of the chicken. Do better Taco Bell.
