Normally I would give this place a thumbs up and talk about how good it was but tonight blew my mind. Not in the sense that it was amazing but the customer service was way below satisfactory. It was very unacceptable. I waited at the window in their drive thru for at least 10 minutes. In that account of time 2 cars drive off from waiting. Finally after about the 5th or 6th time the cashier walked passed the window she finally stopped then opened the window not to greet me but just said it'd be at least 30 minutes. I asked her what seemed to be the problem. She responded after rolling her eyes and said it's just 2 people here tonight. I should have let her have it. Instead, I said no thank you and drive off. Needless to say I heard the people in the vehicle behind me yelling at the cashier and giving her a whole lot of hell for taking so long and not letting anyone know.

Hate to be “this” person.Came through drive through. Ordered fries and a sandwich. Pork was cold, bun was soggy, potato was microwaved lol. No coleslaw. Asked for my bbq sauce on the side and it was a quarter full. Very upsetting. Shack fries were amazing. No complaints there.

The food is almost not worth the wait. Pull up at the first window wait 5 minutes they take your order drive around to the second window wait 20 minutes recieve your food.. they definitely need a better way to go about things because this isn't
