I was treated ignorantly today because the snack I ordered was 8 until a few days ago, when I went to pay it was 10 because they changed the prices and they didn't tell me on WhatsApp. (I think I had to say it because it had only been 2 days since the change, so she told me) I paid without any problems, but the lack of professionalism made me angry. Because it doesn't hurt to talk to others in a good way.
