Einstein Bros. Bagels - Paradise Valley

Nice Einstein location, the bagels are ok but the service is really fast.

We've always been big fans of Einsteins but this location is in desperate need of help. At 10 am they had no coffee (none brewing either), no milk or cream, no ice, the floors, counters and eating area were filthy and they had about a dozen bagels left (in total). Staff was apologetic and clearly overwhelmed. Multiple people walked out as we waited about 20 mins for our two bagels. Franchisees and/or Management should be on-site providing support in these types of situations.

I usually go to this location and today when I asked the girls to get my dozen bagels cut to half and toasted they told me it will take an extra time and I was fine with it but they handed me my dozen of bagels all burned out....! Are you serious....! they looked at it and didn't wanna do anything about it. Will never stop by this location or company again and will show that picture of burned bagels to everybody I know so they know which kind of customer service you guys have.

Worst breakfast burrito I've ever had in my life. They come pre-rolled (frozen). Don't order one if you value your money.

Good cold brew, breakfast sandwiches. Were accommodating and careful with food allergy. Close to PV hotels for breakfast and coffee run.
