Blanco Cocina Cantina – The Borgata

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it. The short rib chimichanga and Caesar salad were wonderful, and the chips with salsa and margaritas were delightful.

A large food service is missing, however. I had to wait several times for a considerable time, although a reservation and tables are available. the main problem I believe is the ability of the workers to turn around tables and clean them.

Our server went above and beyond, which was truly impressive. The food and drinks offered were diverse, and everyone in our group was very satisfied with their meals. I had the vegetarian enchiladas, which were delicious! One of the daughters enjoyed a salad, while another opted for the bowl with charcoal-grilled ingredients. Our party of six was completely satisfied with both the meal and the service. Thank you!
