For Las Vegas, this was a true find if you are looking for a Happy Hour on the Strip that has Oysters. They were $24 for a dozen best price we found in Vegas and they were very fresh. You don 't get to choose the type of oyster that you get as it is Chef Selection however, our first dozen while what we consider bland were still fresh and tasty so that worked. The second dozen had some briny delights that were a wonderful surprise given the first dozen. If you get seated at a table you can still order from the Happy Hour menu, but you do need to order something from the regular menu as well. We ordered the Korean Chicken wings which were basically just a bit over double the Happy Hour price, but you also got twice as many wings! Plus, the wings were great. For drinks I had a Mojito and my husband had the prosecco. The prosecco was dry which was perfect and as to the Mojitos, the 1st was one of the better Mojitos I have ever had the second one not so much. The first one was full of fresh lime juice and the mint was really mulled well with just the right amount of sugar the second one was actually not even tart. The drink is also served with a piece of sugarcane in the glass. Will definitely return to this venue.

All, but the oysters were pretty good here. we came for the oysters and were disappointed as some of them had a taste. good place, but not the cost for the worth. will not be here, but thought that sushi was really good!

We always look forward to eating at sugarcane when in Vegas. They were busy so drink orders lagged. The food is always good and interesting . We had different salads with different proteins , big enough to split. Potato and corn sides are a must.
