The shift manager was able to refund my account the difference. Wish I didn’t have to drive all the way back in order to make this right, but at least the issue was resolved.
A little hard to get to, but the staff is friendly and fast.
I went here to pick up an order for Uber eats. The order was scattered on a table: 1 hot coffee drink, 1 iced coffee drink, and 3 individually wrapped hot food items. I was told the order wasn’t ready because they needed to find a bag. Five minutes later the young lady behind the counter told me I could take the items but they had no bags. It was pouring rain outside and I needed to deliver these items to a customer’s porch. She acted as though I had somehow inconvenienced her. She didn’t even offer an apology of any kind. Mistakes happen everyday, but the lack of accountability in this situation was astounding.
Carmel ribbon crunch creme frap sucked, didn't have whip creme and a majority of the drink was just ice hardly any coffee.
Normally would not do this but as a former Starbucks employee this place has really just let me down in more than one occasion. This morning the drink and the food were both room temperature upon entering the car… at 7:30 this morning. Ya’ll just opened, there should be noooothing in your shop that feels like it’s been sitting out over night like that. Especially hot served items. This has been a repeated issue. Whoever is working morning shift needs to check that crew for sure.
