I understand that staffing has been an issue but i came in on a Tuesday morning and there were maybe 3 tables occupied. I expected to proven wrong, that this place was maybe just having a bad day last time I came. Nope! Not the case. My French toast sticks were inedible, how can you even serve that? You can look at it and tell. The service was pretty straightforward, no smiles, my coffee mug was empty for over 10 minutes before I got another cup. Water was not served until my food got there. It wasn't even busy and somehow my food was cold when it arrived. I barely touch a thing. I am tired of complaining but the service has significantly worsen since it has opened. Also I asked for cinnamon sugar toast with my meal and I was given cinnamon raisin toast and told that you don't offer that. Is that what you do now? Not inform people of what you are out of or no longer service, and just throw what you think is best on a plate?Looks are one thing but quality is another. I would hope that it improves but i will not be returning.
So, so delicious! I had the pecan pie pancakes and my husband had the cinnamon roll pancakes. So delicious and right at the affordable price range! We both had eggs and hashbrowns, he had spicy turkey sausage (a little dry) and I had bacon- so juicy! I had one of the best hot chocolates I had in a long time. Service was exceptional also!!
My wife and I came here for breakfast today. The menu was pretty impressive as everything looked really tasty. When you walk in and completely engulfed with colors and trendy artwork surrounding the entire facility. The seating looks comfy as well as a bit of a modern Feel. Our server was fantastic he was kind, prompt, and attentive to everything that we needed. He anticipated our needs I met all our requests with flying stars. Once we ordered our food was brought to us promptly. It looked fresh and it looked delicious. The taste was pretty good and the presentation was beautiful. We pretty much cleared our plates. The portions were plentiful. Not that it?s their fault but in today?s world the cost of pretty much everything on the menu was pricey. Soup for two glasses of water, 2 cups of coffee, and two breakfast meals with tip we paid roughly around $55. We would definitely return as long as the crowds are minimal and there?s no wait times. I would love to come back and try out a different other things on their menu that caught my attention. I would recommend this place to my friends. Just keep in mind that the cost is high.
Everything thing about this place is amazing. From the food to the service they get an A+!! I will only coming here for breakfast from now on! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I possibly could! Also would like to give a special thank you to our waitress, she was nice with every interaction. She answered all our questions and was very patient. To the owner of the store, Alyahh needs a raise and a good pat on the back she is super woman!!!
Everything was good, but only four stars because it wasn?t amazing and it was pretty pricey. $50 for two people and a kid to have breakfast (no drinks, only water) is a little crazy for the suburbs. We?ve dined here a few times and a lot of times at the original location in Blackstone. Overall we enjoy Early Bird because it?s easy to get in while using the wait list (we have two littles and waiting forever at brunch places is a dealbreaker), and they have creative menu options that offer something different from your standard breakfast. Pictured are the cinnamon rolls which are amazing, the salmon Benedict which my husband loved, a plain pancake that was just good, biscuits and gravy which were delicious, and scrambled eggs which were over cooked. We?ve also had their cinnamon roll pancakes which people seem to love, but we weren?t impressed. They were missing something, but we couldn?t put our finger on it. Their chicken and waffles is a pretty good option, can?t go wrong with it. We do miss the chicken donut from the Blackstone location. Service is always pretty good. Everyone is friendly and hustling, which we can respect. They get the food out fast for being so busy. It?s a great place to take kids because it?s so loud, no one seems to notice if our toddler screams ???? Finally, they offer a military discount which is always so much appreciated. We?d eat here more often if the prices were more affordable for what you get, if they offered a loyalty or rewards program for frequent diners, or if they had specials. $50 for brunch will likely remain just an occasional treat for us.
